Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups white chocolate morsels
- 1 (14-ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- A dash of salt
Instructions
- Prepare an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some edges to hang over for easy lifting.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the white chocolate morsels, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly until silky and smooth.
- Transfer half of the mixture to a separate bowl and set it aside.
- In the saucepan, incorporate the matcha powder, vanilla essence, and a dash of salt into the remaining chocolate mixture, stirring until well blended and smooth.
- Pour the matcha mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
- Dollop the reserved white chocolate mixture on top of the matcha layer.
- Using a toothpick or knife, gently swirl the two mixtures together to create a marbled pattern.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.
Notes
- For an extra touch, sprinkle a bit of sea salt on top before refrigerating.
- Swap the white chocolate for dark chocolate for a unique twist.
