- 1 pie crust
- 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the chopped spinach until wilted. Set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Spread the sautéed spinach evenly over the pie crust.
- Sprinkle the feta and shredded cheese over the spinach.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and spinach.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- This quiche can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Feel free to add other vegetables or meats based on your preference.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
