Description

A delicious and hearty quiche filled with spinach, cheese, and feta, perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the chopped spinach until wilted. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Spread the sautéed spinach evenly over the pie crust.
  5. Sprinkle the feta and shredded cheese over the spinach.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and spinach.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
