Description

These Mini Cheeseball Bites are perfect for parties and gatherings, delivering all the flavor of a cheeseball in a bite-sized form.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package of pretzel crisps


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, walnuts, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until well blended.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Roll each ball in crushed pretzel crisps to coat.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
