- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, then mix until smooth.
- If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan.
