Description

Deliciously chewy and sweet, mini mochi donuts are a delightful twist on traditional donuts, perfect for a treat any time of day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, then mix until smooth.
  4. If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan.
