- 1 cup cooked corned beef, chopped
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup thousand island dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange mini rye bread rounds on a baking sheet.
- Layer chopped corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on each bread round.
- Drizzle with thousand island dressing.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
