Description

These Mini Tomato and Mozzarella Tarts are a delightful appetizer that combines fresh flavors with a crispy pastry base.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls, halved
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small squares.
  3. Place the pastry squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
