- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella balls, halved
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small squares.
- Place the pastry squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Scoop the tomato mixture onto each pastry square.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle some Italian seasoning over the tarts before baking.
