Ingredients

- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the glutinous rice flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
- For a richer taste, add a pinch of espresso powder to the batter.
- These brownies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
