This traditional Moroccan foldable bread is perfect for sandwiches or as a side with your favorite dishes.

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1 ½ cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil, then knead the dough until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape them into balls.
- Flatten each ball into a round shape, about ½ inch thick.
- Cook on a hot griddle for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm or store in a sealed container.
