Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add salt.
- Stir in couscous, cover, and remove from heat. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Fluff couscous with a fork and mix in sugar, rosewater, vanilla extract, and milk.
- Transfer to serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Before serving, top with sliced almonds.

- Adjust the amount of sugar based on your sweetness preference.
- For a richer flavor, use whole milk instead of almond milk.
