Ingredients

- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine dates and walnuts until finely chopped.
- Add cacao powder, honey, and vanilla extract, and process until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Roll the balls in shredded coconut to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
