Description

Delicious and rich chocolate balls that are easy to prepare without baking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine dates and walnuts until finely chopped.
  2. Add cacao powder, honey, and vanilla extract, and process until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  4. Roll the balls in shredded coconut to coat.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
