Ingredients

  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup bourbon
  • 1 cup heavy cream, chilled


Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl until it resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture into the base of a 9-inch springform pan to create a solid crust and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  3. Blend the softened cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth, then gradually add the sifted powdered sugar.
  4. Add the vanilla extract, maple syrup, and bourbon, blending until smooth and homogenous.
  5. Whip the chilled heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and smooth it out evenly.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours, or overnight for optimal firmness.
