Delicious and healthy no-bake superfood brownies packed with nutrients.
Ingredients

- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the almonds until finely chopped.
- Add the dates, cocoa powder, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract. Process until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
- Press the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top and press down gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!

- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- You can substitute other nuts or sweeteners based on your preference.
