Description

Delicious and healthy no-bake superfood brownies packed with nutrients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the almonds until finely chopped.
  2. Add the dates, cocoa powder, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract. Process until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top and press down gently.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy!
