Description

Crispy and flavorful oven-fried feta rolls drizzled with sweet chili honey.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 package phyllo dough
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons chili flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the feta with honey, chili flakes, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush with olive oil.
  4. Add a second layer of phyllo and brush again with olive oil.
  5. Scoop a portion of the feta mixture onto the phyllo and roll it up tightly.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Drizzle with additional honey before serving.
