Ingredients

- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 1 package phyllo dough
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons chili flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the feta with honey, chili flakes, black pepper, and salt.
- Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush with olive oil.
- Add a second layer of phyllo and brush again with olive oil.
- Scoop a portion of the feta mixture onto the phyllo and roll it up tightly.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle with additional honey before serving.
Notes
- Serve with a side of fresh salad for a complete meal.
- Make sure to keep the phyllo dough covered while working to prevent it from drying out.
