A delicious and hearty pie combining tender beef and fresh oysters.
Ingredients

- 1 pound beef steak
- 1 cup fresh oysters
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups pie crust, pre-made
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the beef steak until browned. Remove and let cool.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the onions and stir.
- Chop the cooked beef and mix it with the sautéed onions and oysters.
- Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
- Fill with the beef and oyster mixture.
- Cover with another layer of pie crust and seal the edges.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until crust is golden brown.
Notes
- Let the pie rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
