Description

Delicious pan-fried salmon roe patties that are crispy on the outside and flavorful on the inside.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup salmon roe
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the salmon roe, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the patties to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
