Ingredients

- 1 cup salmon roe
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the salmon roe, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the patties to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
Notes
- These patties can be served with a side of sour cream or your favorite dipping sauce.
- Experiment with adding herbs for extra flavor.
