A delicious and creamy pandan coconut panna cotta, infused with the fragrant flavor of pandan leaves for a tropical twist.
Ingredients

- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons agar-agar powder
- 2 tablespoons pandan extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, heavy cream, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- In another bowl, mix agar-agar powder with water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Add the agar-agar mixture to the saucepan and bring it to a boil, stirring continuously.
- Remove from heat and stir in pandan extract.
- Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
Notes
- Make sure to adjust the thickness by varying agar-agar according to your preference.
- This panna cotta can be topped with fresh fruit or a coconut sauce.
