Description

A delicious and creamy pandan coconut panna cotta, infused with the fragrant flavor of pandan leaves for a tropical twist.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons agar-agar powder
  • 2 tablespoons pandan extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, heavy cream, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. In another bowl, mix agar-agar powder with water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the agar-agar mixture to the saucepan and bring it to a boil, stirring continuously.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in pandan extract.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.

Notes

  • Make sure to adjust the thickness by varying agar-agar according to your preference.
  • This panna cotta can be topped with fresh fruit or a coconut sauce.
