Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 medium zucchini, grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the green peas, grated zucchini, and chopped mint.
  2. Add the flour, Parmesan cheese, and egg to the mixture.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, and mix until well combined.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil and flatten slightly.
