Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk the instant cheesecake pudding mix with cold milk until slightly thickened.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture, then gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined and fluffy.
- Carefully fold in the sliced peaches, reserving a few slices for garnish.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or trifle dish.
- Top with the reserved peach slices and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to enhance the flavors.
