Description

Deliciously soft and chewy peanut butter cookies with a sweet jelly center, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup your favorite jelly or jam


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Make a small indentation in the center of each cookie and fill with jelly.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
