Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, brown sugar, and miso paste until smooth.
  3. Add melted coconut oil and stir to combine.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture and mix until just combined.
  7. Fold in chocolate chips.
