- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, brown sugar, and miso paste until smooth.
- Add melted coconut oil and stir to combine.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture and mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- These brownies can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
- For an extra touch, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top before baking.
- Adjust the amount of miso to taste if you prefer a milder flavor.
