- 1 ripe pear, sliced thinly
- 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a baking sheet, lay out the flatbread and lightly coat one side with olive oil.
- Arrange the pear slices artfully over the oiled surface, ensuring even coverage.
- Scatter the crumbled goat cheese and chopped walnuts generously on top of the pears.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the entire flatbread, then season with salt and pepper according to your preference.
- Place the flatbread in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is warm and slightly gooey.
- Once out of the oven, immediately drizzle honey over the flatbread while it’s still warm.

Notes
- Feel free to adjust the amount of honey based on your sweetness preference.
