Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Fit the pie crust into a pie dish and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until combined.
  4. Add the cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
