- 6 large eggs

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Fit the pie crust into a pie dish and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until combined.
- Add the cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
