- 4 cups cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, black pepper, salt, and sugar. Toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the tomatoes are caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and stir in the fresh basil.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- For extra heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
