A delicious blend of marinated beef, vibrant vegetables, and crispy fried potatoes inspired by the flavors of Peru.
Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 large potatoes, julienned
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Marinate the beef in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the potatoes and fry until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same pan, stir-fry the marinated beef until browned. Add onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Serve the stir-fried beef alongside the crispy fried potatoes.
