Description

A delicious blend of marinated beef, vibrant vegetables, and crispy fried potatoes inspired by the flavors of Peru.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 large potatoes, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Marinate the beef in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the potatoes and fry until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same pan, stir-fry the marinated beef until browned. Add onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
  4. Serve the stir-fried beef alongside the crispy fried potatoes.
