Description

A flavorful and quick meal featuring shrimp and tagliatelle pasta tossed with a vibrant pesto sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces tagliatelle
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup pesto sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking until they are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Stir in the pesto sauce and cooked tagliatelle, mixing well to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use zucchini noodles instead of tagliatelle.
