- 8 ounces tagliatelle
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup pesto sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking until they are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Stir in the pesto sauce and cooked tagliatelle, mixing well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use zucchini noodles instead of tagliatelle.
- This dish can be made with any type of pasta you prefer.
