- 200 grams suet
- 300 grams bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (sage, rosemary, thyme)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a frying pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion until translucent.
- In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, pine nuts, suet, sautéed onion, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Add the eggs and mix well until combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased roasting dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
