A delicious Portuguese sandwich served with a flavorful beer sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chorizo sausage
- 1 pound beef sirloin
- 4 Portuguese rolls
- 1 cup beer
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add chorizo and beef, cooking until browned.
- Pour in beer and add paprika, stirring well.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Toast the Portuguese rolls and fill with the meat mixture.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, marinate the meat overnight in the beer and spices.
- Can substitute chorizo with another type of sausage.
