Description

A delicious Portuguese sandwich served with a flavorful beer sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chorizo sausage
  • 1 pound beef sirloin
  • 4 Portuguese rolls
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add chorizo and beef, cooking until browned.
  4. Pour in beer and add paprika, stirring well.
  5. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Toast the Portuguese rolls and fill with the meat mixture.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

  • For extra flavor, marinate the meat overnight in the beer and spices.
