Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats or oat flour
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1–2 tablespoons milk or water (to adjust consistency)
  • Optional: 1/2 banana for sweetness or a dash of vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. The consistency should be thick but pourable. Add milk or water if needed.
  2. Spray the waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray and heat according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook for 3–4 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  4. Top with Greek yogurt, nut butter, berries, or sugar-free syrup for extra protein and flavor!
