  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • Pinch of salt
  • Whipped cream (for garnish)
  • Extra caramel sauce (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 8 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, caramel sauce, brown sugar, eggs, heavy cream, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour filling into the prepared crust.
  5. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly wobbly.
  6. Let pie cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Drizzle with extra caramel sauce and top with whipped cream before serving.
