- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- ½ cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- Pinch of salt
- Whipped cream (for garnish)
- Extra caramel sauce (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 8 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, caramel sauce, brown sugar, eggs, heavy cream, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt until smooth.
- Pour filling into the prepared crust.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly wobbly.
- Let pie cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Drizzle with extra caramel sauce and top with whipped cream before serving.
