Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice over medium heat.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth.
- Add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
