A flavorful spread made from roasted red peppers, olives, and capers.
Ingredients

- 2 roasted red peppers
- 1 cup pitted green olives
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine roasted red peppers, olives, capers, and garlic.
- Pulse until coarsely chopped.
- With the processor running, drizzle in olive oil and continue to blend until desired consistency is reached.
- Add lemon juice and blend until incorporated.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with bread or crackers.
Notes
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Great for sandwiches, as a dip, or on a charcuterie board.
