Description

A flavorful spread made from roasted red peppers, olives, and capers.


Ingredients

  • 2 roasted red peppers
  • 1 cup pitted green olives
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine roasted red peppers, olives, capers, and garlic.
  2. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
  3. With the processor running, drizzle in olive oil and continue to blend until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Add lemon juice and blend until incorporated.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with bread or crackers.
