Description

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced roasted red pepper and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Stir in the cooked penne pasta, goat cheese, and red pepper flakes, mixing well.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
