Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the sliced roasted red pepper and cook for a few minutes.
- Stir in the cooked penne pasta, goat cheese, and red pepper flakes, mixing well.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
