A delightful blend of rosewater and pistachios in a creamy ice cream base.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon rosewater
- 1/2 cup crushed pistachios
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, rosewater, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- During the last few minutes of churning, add the crushed pistachios.
- Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger rose flavor, add more rosewater to taste.
- Ensure the pistachios are unsalted for best results.
