- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 4 cups water

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and slowly whisk in the sorghum flour to avoid lumps.
- Stir continuously for about 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens to a porridge-like consistency.
- Add the mashed bananas and salt, stirring well to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- If desired, stir in honey or maple syrup and cinnamon for added sweetness and flavor.
- For a creamier texture, add milk or a non-dairy alternative and mix until well combined.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
