- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 cup beef tallow for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine salmon roe, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Heat beef tallow in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
