Description

Sausage Egg and Cheese Breakfast Roll-Ups are a delicious and easy breakfast option that combines savory sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheese wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 cooked breakfast sausage links (pork or turkey)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for cooking eggs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until just set. Remove from heat.
  2. Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. On the wide end of each triangle, add a spoonful of scrambled egg, a sprinkle of cheese, and one sausage link. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end.
  4. Place roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12–14 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Enjoy warm, optionally with ketchup, hot sauce, or maple syrup on the side!
