Sausage Egg and Cheese Breakfast Roll-Ups are a delicious and easy breakfast option that combines savory sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheese wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough.

- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 cooked breakfast sausage links (pork or turkey)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter or oil for cooking eggs
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until just set. Remove from heat.
- Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. On the wide end of each triangle, add a spoonful of scrambled egg, a sprinkle of cheese, and one sausage link. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end.
- Place roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12–14 minutes or until golden brown.
- Enjoy warm, optionally with ketchup, hot sauce, or maple syrup on the side!
