- 200 grams smoked salmon
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 100 grams sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine the avocado, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Fold in the smoked salmon, mixing gently.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional dill and salmon if desired.
