Description

A unique twist on a classic cheesecake, featuring creamy avocado and rich salmon.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 200 grams smoked salmon
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 100 grams sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine the avocado, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Fold in the smoked salmon, mixing gently.
  4. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
  6. Let cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
  7. Serve chilled, garnished with additional dill and salmon if desired.
