Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and sear until golden brown.
- Add broccoli to the pan and stir-fry with the chicken for about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the orange sauce mixture over the chicken and broccoli, stirring to coat. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
- Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
