Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/2 cup scallions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add warm water and vegetable oil and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth, then let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and brush with sesame oil.
- Sprinkle chopped scallions and sesame seeds on top.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into pieces.
- Place on a baking sheet and let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Steam the buns for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
- These buns can be served with soy sauce for dipping.
- They can also be frozen and steamed later for a quick snack.
