Description

Delicious shrimp skewers grilled to perfection and glazed with rich wagyu fat for a unique flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons wagyu fat
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the wagyu fat, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the mixture and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill on medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto the soaked skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can brush the skewers with extra wagyu fat while grilling.
