Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons wagyu fat
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the wagyu fat, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the mixture and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill on medium-high heat.
- Thread the shrimp onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can brush the skewers with extra wagyu fat while grilling.
- Serve with lemon wedges for a zesty finish.
