Description

A hearty and nutritious dish made by slow cooking beef shank in a rich bone broth, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef shank
  • 4 cups bone broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary


Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add the beef shank.
  2. Pour the bone broth over the beef shank.

  4. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
