Description

Delicious and easy-to-make smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwiches, perfect for brunch or as a snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 slices whole grain bread
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers


Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly on all slices of bread.
  2. Layer smoked salmon on four of the slices.
  3. Top with cucumber slices, dill, and capers.
  4. Place the remaining slices of bread on top to form sandwiches.
  5. Cut sandwiches into halves or quarters and serve.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice on top of the salmon.
  • These sandwiches can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
