Delicious and easy-to-make smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwiches, perfect for brunch or as a snack.

- 8 slices whole grain bread
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces smoked salmon
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese evenly on all slices of bread.
- Layer smoked salmon on four of the slices.
- Top with cucumber slices, dill, and capers.
- Place the remaining slices of bread on top to form sandwiches.
- Cut sandwiches into halves or quarters and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice on top of the salmon.
- These sandwiches can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
