Description

A delicious combination of smoked salmon, thinly sliced potatoes, and fresh herbs on a crispy pizza base.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 cup thinly sliced potatoes
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons capers


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a baking sheet.
  3. Spread olive oil over the dough and arrange the sliced potatoes evenly on top.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then bake for 10-12 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and spread cream cheese over the potatoes.
  6. Top with smoked salmon, capers, and fresh dill.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Slice and serve while warm.
