- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup thinly sliced potatoes
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons capers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a baking sheet.
- Spread olive oil over the dough and arrange the sliced potatoes evenly on top.
- Season with salt and pepper, then bake for 10-12 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
- Remove from the oven and spread cream cheese over the potatoes.
- Top with smoked salmon, capers, and fresh dill.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Slice and serve while warm.

- Feel free to add other toppings like arugula or red onions for extra flavor.
