- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 slices bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Line a muffin tin with strips of bacon, wrapping them around the edge.
- Fill each bacon-wrapped cup with the meat mixture, pressing down slightly.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
- Brush the tops with additional BBQ sauce during the last 5 minutes of baking for extra flavor.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- For added flavor, you can use a homemade BBQ sauce.
