Description
These soft cream cheese cookies are topped with a rich and delicious Nutella glaze.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Nutella for glazing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, butter, and sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Once cooled, spread Nutella on top of each cookie as a glaze.
Notes
- For an extra touch, sprinkle some sea salt on top of the Nutella glaze.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
