A quick and flavorful dish featuring noodles tossed in a spicy garlic chili sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz noodles (lo mein, ramen, or spaghetti)
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tbsp chili paste or sriracha
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to heat preference)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, and sugar.
- Add the cooked noodles and toss until evenly coated in the sauce.
- Remove from heat, garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes based on your heat preference.
- Oyster sauce is optional but adds depth to the flavor.
