Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha or chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Sliced green onions and sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken, season with pepper and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Pour in sauce mixture and simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with rice or noodles.
