Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha or chili garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Sliced green onions and sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken, season with pepper and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Pour in sauce mixture and simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with rice or noodles.
Notes
- Adjust the level of spiciness by varying the amount of sriracha or red pepper flakes.
- This dish pairs well with steamed rice or noodles.
- For a healthier option, use skinless chicken and reduce the amount of oil.
