Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cheese, jalapeños, cornmeal, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot.
