- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cheese, jalapeños, cornmeal, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust the heat by adding more or fewer jalapeños.
