Description

A creamy and delicious spinach artichoke dip perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted bread.
