- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted bread.
Notes
- Best served fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Can be reheated in the oven or microwave before serving.
