Delicious and healthy air fryer recipe for spinach and feta stuffed mushrooms.
Ingredients

- 16 ounces large mushrooms
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, garlic, olive oil, black pepper, salt, and parsley.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the spinach and feta mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
