Description

Delicious and healthy air fryer recipe for spinach and feta stuffed mushrooms.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 ounces large mushrooms
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, garlic, olive oil, black pepper, salt, and parsley.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the spinach and feta mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is heated through.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
